What is cost of a service.
£40 + VAT + delivery (individuals who are registered blind are exempt vat on submission of a vat exemption form)

What is the cost of a repair.
We offer a free estimate of repair service, Once the machine has been inspected an engineer with contact you with the cost of repair for work to be authorised.


How long does a repair / service take.
We aim to complete jobs within 2 weeks. If parts need to be ordered then we offer a loan service pending availability.

Yes

Do we sell Perkins Brailler Machines.
Pending availability we sell refurbished Classic Perkins Braillers from £275 + carriage.


Can we delay the delivery back to customer.
We are quite happy to hold equipment back until the customer is available to take delivery (example: school holidays or individuals circumstances)
